Our core-aerators are designed to restore the soil to health by alleviating compaction and creating an optimal environment for seed germination and development. Core aeration removes small cores, 2 to 3.5 inches in depth and 1 to 1.5 inches wide, from the soil.

Lawn aeration loosens the soil and helps water, nutrients, air, fertilizer get directly to the roots. Because we use premium drought-tolerant and disease-resistant blends of cool season grasses, our seeding will enable your turf to withstand the ever-changing New England climate.

Lawn aeration should be combined with regular fertilization and pest management to ensure a green, healthy, lush lawn and is usually performed once a year. We recommend aerating and overseeding in the fall for optimum results.
