We look forward to servicing your property during the 2022 season, our 12th year in business! In response to the increasing demand of our customers, we have made a few changes to our business model to provide more efficient and responsive customer service. You may now submit a customer service request, here, on our website.
We now offer our customers multiple payment methods and have implemented new procedures associated with how we accept payments, payment due dates, and late fees. We continue to offer our 10% prepayment discount.

We now use a new system that allows our website to better keep track of requests submitted by our customers. It also routes customer service requests more efficiently and quickly.

Keep in mind that we have operations in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island and because our office and management teams travel on a daily basis, they often work remotely and are not in the office every day to answer calls or receive telephone messages.
We will need the following information from all customers to enable scheduling services as the optimum times. You can submit this information via the website or email:
- When will your spring and fall cleanups be completed?
- If you mow on a regular basis, on what day do you mow?
- How many Mosquito/Tick sprays do you want during the season?
- Do you want a fall aeration and overseeding estimate?
The Customer Service Request form will be updated periodically and seasonally.
Overview
We focus on the quality and continued health of your lawn, one that is safe for you to enjoy and for your children and pets to play on. We don't use harsh chemicals or restricted-use herbicides in our applications.
Our Mosquito/Tick program uses all-natural ingredients we prepare at our own facility. Our 7-Step Lawn Fertilization program helps control weeds when the entire 7-step process is followed--from our first visit to apply pre-emergent weed control in the early spring through our final visit in the fall. The best results are achieved when our lawn program is combined with proper watering, mowing, and maintenance.
Updated Mosquito/Tick Program
In response to the overwhelming demand of our customers in connection with the surge in serious, tick-borne disease, our Mosquito/Tick program now includes 10 sprays rather than the 6 sprays applied in previous years.
If you wish fewer than 10 mosquito/tick sprays this year, please submit your request by clicking the green button below. If we don't hear from you, we'll schedule 10 sprays between April and October.
And, yes, our mosquito/tick spray also controls fleas!
Updates to Fall Aeration and Overseeding Services
Due to the significant increase in the cost of seed, we have not renewed any fall aeration and overseeding services and will not be providing estimates for them until June.
If you would like us to provide you with an estimate in June, please click the green button below to submit your request as soon as possible. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with more information.
Pricing
For the first time since our company was established 11 years ago, we increased our pricing in 2022. The cost of most products has increased significantly since last year and we have done our best to keep our price increases affordable. If you prepay for services before the season begins, we offer a 10% prepayment discount, which appears on the enclosed contract/prepayment letter.
Payment Options
We offer our customers multiple methods of payment:
- Mail your check to us at P.O. Box 2321, Attleboro, MA 02703.
- Pay via Venmo or PayPal. Our account name for both is NEGlawns.
- Pay by credit card on our website at: https://negreenlawns.com.
Please note:
- All payments must be routed through the office or made via the website, Venmo, or PayPal
- We no longer accept cash payments
- Our lawn technicians are not authorized to accept payments of any kind
- We no longer take credit card payments over the phone; for purposes of client confidentiality and security they must be made via the website or the payment voucher on your invoice
Prepayment
If you prepay to take advantage of the 10% discount, the service invoice left by our lawn technicians will show the cost of the service, the remaining prepayment balance, and a $0 remit balance. If you prepaid and your invoice shows a remit balance greater than $0, please contact the office.
Pay as You Go
If you do not prepay in advance for services, your payment is due within 15 days of the date services were provided. If you are unable to make payment within this timeframe, please contact Linda at the office immediately.
Late Fees and Service Holds
We charge a late fee of $10 per month for any portion of a payment that has not been made within 30 days of its due date (i.e., at least 45 days has elapsed since the services were provided).
In addition to charging the monthly late fee, we will put all services on hold if your payment has not been received within 60 days of its due date (i.e., at least 75 days has elapsed since the services were provided). We will resume providing services upon receipt of your payment. When we do so, they will be scheduled based on the round of treatments we are currently providing.
Prepayment Discount
We are happy to continue offering our 10% prepayment discount to customers who wish to pay for services in advance. Please note:
- You must contract with us for at least one program or at least three applications or individual services for the discount to apply. If you are eligible for the prepayment discount, it applies to all programs and services for which you hire us during the season ... so long as payment is made before services are applied.
- You do not have to prepay for all services to receive the discount. In other words, you will receive the 10% discount on the amount of your prepayment. For instance, if you contract for both the lawn and mosquito/tick program and only want to prepay for the lawn program, the discount will apply to your lawn program and not to your mosquito/tick program.
- To receive the discount, you must make payment BEFORE the services are provided. The discount cannot be applied retroactively; however, it can be provided for remaining future services.
If you prepay to take advantage of the 10% discount, the service invoice left by our lawn technicians will show the cost of the service, the remaining prepayment balance, and a $0 remit balance. If you prepaid and your invoice shows a remit balance greater than $0, please contact the office.
We understand that not all our customers are able to communicate electronically. However, our ability to keep track of customer requests and route them efficiently and quickly is greatly enhanced if you use either this website or email communication to contact us. Keep in mind that we have operations in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island and because our office and management teams travel on a daily basis, they often work remotely and are not in the office every day to answer telephone calls or receive telephone messages.
